After that she did a house job at Civil Hospital, Hyderabad in 2021 and later joined Indus Medical College, Tando Muhammad Khan as a lecturer.
When she was asked as to why she decided to sit for the CSS exam, Kiran said that it was due to the unfavourable conditions for doctors in Pakistan.
“During the house job, I realized that the conditions for doctors in Pakistan are not good, so I started preparing for CSS. Instead of going to an academy, I started my preparation at home.”
She continued, ”My father is a deputy director in the education department. He helped me prepare for CSS, but I did more preparation from online classes on YouTube.”
Social media equally helped her on her way to become a CSS officer. She said that instead of turning off her cell phone and deactivating her social media accounts, she put them into good use.
“I set up all my social media accounts in such a way that whenever I looked at social media, I would only see CSS content.”
