India were 147-2 in 24.1 overs in the much-anticipated India vs Pakistan match in the Asia Cup Super 4s when rain stopped the game.
Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first, expecting the ball to swing earlier on and get some wickets.
However, things didn’t go as per plan as the Indian openers put a partnership of 121 runs on the board.
Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill scored 56 and 58 runs respectively. Shaheen Afridi and Shadab Khan took one wicket each.
Now, if India don’t bat again and Pakistan are given 24. overs to bat, they will have to chase a target of 206 runs.
Furthermore, if Rohit’s men don’t bat again, the Men in Green will be given a target of 181 runs in 20 overs.
