The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has classified national cricketers into four distinct categories: A, B, C, and D.
These categories determine the level of financial compensation for each player.
Category A:
In the prestigious A category, we find top players such as captain Babar Azam, Muhammad Rizwan, and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
These cricketers are set to receive an impressive monthly sum of approximately Rs 60 lakh.
Category B:
Moving on to the B category, it includes prominent names like Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf, Imamul Haq, Muhammad Nawaz, Naseem Shah, and Shadab Khan.
Players in this group will be earning a substantial Rs 41 lakh per month.
Category C:
The C category features talented individuals like Imad Wasim and Abdullah Shafiq, who will be compensated with a monthly amount of 17 lakh 50 thousand rupees.
Category D:
Finally, we have the D category, which includes players such as Faheem Ashraf, Hasan Ali, Iftikhar Ahmed, Ehsanullah, Muhammad Haris, Mohammad Wasim Jr.
Other players include Saim Ayub, Salman Ali Agha, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Saud Shakeel, Shahnawaz Dhani, Shan Masood, Usama Mir, and Zaman Khan.
Members of this category will receive a monthly sum of 11 lakh 30 thousand rupees.
Monthly Income Breakdown:
In addition to the categorization, players will also benefit from a 3 percent share of the revenue generated by the PCB from the ICC.
This extra income will further bolster their monthly earnings.
