The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) plans to announce the decision soon regarding the white-ball head coach position. PCB is preparing to move away from foreign head coaches and offer the role to a local candidate.
Prior to the Australia tour, Gary Kirsten resigned from his position, and Jason Gillespie served as interim coach. Pakistan will face Zimbabwe in a series from November 24 to December 5, with multiple formats in play.
After Zimbabwe, Pakistan’s team will play South Africa from December 10 to January 7, including three T20s, three ODIs, and two Tests. The coaching role for the national team is crucial as they approach several important international series in the near future.
