Pakistan’s hard hitting middle order batsman, Khushdil Shah, made history last night by smashing the fastest T20 century by a Pakistani batsman.
Shah achieved this feat during the ongoing National T20 Cup. This century by the left handed batsman was jointly the5th fastest century by any batsman in the world in T-Twenty cricket.
His innings comprised of nine huge sixes and eight boundaries. Things seemed difficult for his team as they were struggling at 43-4 but he turned the table for his team.
Before him, Pakistani opener Ahmed Shehzas held the record for the fastest T20 hundred by a Pakistani batsman. Shehzad had scored his hundred in the Bangladesh Premier League in 40 balls.
