 Muhammad Amir Takes a U-Turn

Fast bowler Muhammad Amir has taken a U-Turn regarding his retirement from international cricket. The left arm fast bowler, who recently announced his retirement from international cricket, is  ready to make a comeback.

In an interview with local media outlet, Amir said that he will meet the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) official and inform them about his availability. He added that it will depend on the PCB whether they want to select him for the team or not.

It is pertinent to mention that Muhammad Amir had retired from international cricket a few weeks ago over differences with Waqar Younis and Misbah ul Haq. With Waqar Younis and Misbah’s future hanging in balance, Amir’s making a comeback in international cricket is imminent.

Following his retirement, both the sides have made furious statements against each other. As per media reports, after the disastrous performance against New Zealand, the cricket board is considering to replace the head coach and bowling coach.

However, Managing Director PCB Wasim Khan has rejected all such speculations.
